1. Job Responsibilities:

2. Complete the R&D project experiments assigned by the supervisor on time and independently to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

3. The problems found in the experiment should be communicated and reported to the superior supervisor in time, and the experimental results should be notified to the supervisor in time and relevant experimental records should be made.

4. Ensure that the laboratory is neat and tidy, and pay attention to the safety of water and electricity.

5. Regular maintenance of laboratory equipment.

6. Strengthen communication, be good at learning, continuously enhance theoretical knowledge, and improve own research and development capabilities.

7. Write weekly reports on time every week, and submit technical summaries on time every month.

8. Analysis and application testing of small test samples and prepare new product samples for sales.

9. Strictly abide by the confidentiality system, and the research and development records will not be leaked.

10. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

2. Job requirements:

1. Graduate degree, major in chemistry and chemical industry, more than two years of research and development work experience related to chemical synthesis, fresh graduate students are also acceptable.

2. Good chemical engineering foundation, able to carry out general chemical process calculation.

3. Strong hands-on ability and rich experience in organic chemistry experiment operation.

4. Good laboratory safety awareness and management experience.
