The company has a R&D center, with senior overseas returnees as the core, Zhejiang University providing technical support, and a group of graduate students and other highly educated talents as the backbone of innovation, forming a powerful technology R&D platform. The R&D center has R&D department, application technology department and analysis department. The R&D Department is responsible for basic product research, process development and improvement, structural design and product synthesis; the Analysis Department is responsible for structural analysis and product index testing; the Application Technology Department is responsible for new product performance testing and application technology development. After more than 10 years of development, the company has achieved good results. In 2012, the company established the Suzhou Silicon and Fluorine Materials Engineering Technology Research Center. In 2013, it was rated as a high-tech enterprise and a scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangsu Province. In 2014, it was rated as a private technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province. The new demonstration enterprise will be listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Edition of Jiangsu Equity Exchange Center in 2021.
